Now according to a latest report on BoxofficeIndia.com, the film has grossed Rs 441 crore nett (approximately) in five days becoming the highest grossing film ever leading the gross figure of ‘Baahubali 2’ to Rs 565 crore (approximately). Reports suggest that the makers of ‘Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion’ are planning to release the Japanese and Chinese dubbed versions of the film, later this summer.

Paired with state-of-the-art VFX and a strong storyline, the release of the sequel had fans flocking to theatres in large numbers to solve the mystery of ‘Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali?

Bahubali 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection: Baahubali 2 continues to smash records at the Indian and overseas box office. Just after five days, Bahubali 2 worldwide collection has crossed 700 crores.

In India, the total collection in all versions is 440 crores. It has become the highest grossing Indian film beating Dangal and Baahubali part 1. The worldwide gross is now only behind Aamir Khan starrer Dangal and PK. It will become the all time number one film in a day or two.

As pre-release hype had mounted around part two of SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus, it was estimated that The Conclusion would touch Rs 1,000 crore in box office collections — or 10 billion.

And as Bahubali 2 rakes in the moolah, the 10 billion mark seems very much within reach.

At present, Bahubali 2 is the Indian film with the third-highest box office collections. PK stands at the top spot with Rs 792 crore, while Dangal is on the number two position with Rs 730 crores. Baahubali: The Beginning is on the fourth spot.  Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Dhoom 3, Sultan, Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, Chennai Express and 3 Idiotsround off the top-10 slots.

Soon after Prabhas became the first South Indian actor to be immortalised in wax at the Madame Tussauds in Bangkok, rumours are now abuzz that the Lonavala Wax Museum will soon be working on a wax statue of their own. The museum that recently unveiled their ‘Sairat’ wax statues on May 1, are believed to be working on working on making two pivotal characters from SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus ‘Bahubali 2: The Conclusion’. Reports suggest that the wax statues of Bahubali and Kattappa will be erected at the museum in the span of six months. Fans of the ‘Baahubali’ franchise will surely be eager to see their favourite characters at the museum and strike a pose or two with it.
