Baahubali 2 actor Prabhas has all the reasons to be on cloud nine. If his recently released film is receiving a thunderous applause from fans, Baahubali 2 is busy creating history at the box office. Within five days of its release, Rajamouli’s magnum opus has crossed the Rs 500-crore mark.

And now, Prabhas has beaten the likes of Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan to become the first South Indian actor to have a wax statue at Madame Tussauds. It was only recently that his wax statue was unveiled at Bangkok museum. The statue features him as his popular character Amarendra Baahubali from Rajamouli’s epic drama.

On May 2nd, trade analyst Ramesh Bala took to Twitter and shared Prabhas’ statue pictures. Within no time the pictures went viral and now everyone is just talking about his achievement.The actor is mainly known for his Telugu films. However, ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ changed everything for him. The actor became an overnight sensation in Indian film industry.

Other Indian actors to have their wax statue at Madame Tussauds are Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor Khan,
Madhuri Dixit Nene and Katrina Kaif.
